I'm taking regular walks
Loads of time with my husband

Cruise

Early March I took the 

Holistic Holiday at Sea cruise with my daughter.  We spent a week in the Eastern Carribean, eating gourmet vegan food and attending seminars. We learned so much!

The cruise ship left from the port of Ft. Lauderdale, so we spent the night with good friends who lived in this fabulous condo building.

 Our first port was St. Thomas, Virgin Islands

St. Thomas was once a Danish colony, so we enjoyed the architecture (and the critters!)

Our next port was Puerto Rico! 

We took a bus tour of the island.

Last stop was Freeport, Bahamas.

We splurged and went snorkeling.

The very best part was that we got an outside balcony room and enjoyed every bit of the view!!!!

Then home again.
