Today we are floating drywall, sanding, priming, painting, and glueing the tile down. Catchin' up!

Are you using a mastic and troweling down for the tiles or just a construction adhesive?
We are using the stuff they sold me at the tile store. It came in powder form in a 50 lb. bag. We mixed it up.
Monday morning: the grout is drying.
